  • Screen and communicate with guests.

  • Update and manage calendar.

  • Respond to any issues that arise throughout the guests stay ie: travel issues maintenance requirements.

We cater for the home owner who has been away or abroad for a length of time and requires their home to be maintained in their absence and or ready to receive them just the way they like it on their return (this is a case by case scenario as everyone's home is as unique and as different as they are!)
